Advanced Practice
This is the type of practice that re-inspires your commitment to learn poses that you may not put in your typical routine (arm balances, inversions, deep backbends) and have fun at the same time! Mark your calendar and come practice alongside Kelley Gardner in these 2-hour deep, progressively sequenced classes. Each session will focus on a particular classification of poses and how to open the parts of the body that need to be open for moving into advanced postures.
We welcome intermediate students and all area teachers, regardless of the style of yoga you practice. One of the unfortunate side effects of being a yoga teacher is the tendency to lose your own practice in the quest to serve others. Give yourself this gift of yoga and let’s have a ball practicing together! To ensure your fun, progress, and safety, this class is open to students who have a regular intermediate practice and no serious injuries.
