Yin Yoga with Lisa
Yin yoga is a wonderful complement to the more active physical practices that focus on muscles (yang tissues) and physical alignment. Yin yoga focuses on the soft tissues, joints and deep fascial networks in our bodies. Both are important and if you are more of a “stable-bodied” (tight) person, yin can help you become more flexible in your joints. Class moves at a slower, more relaxed pace and poses are held from 1-5 minutes. Perfect for all levels of students.
