Have fun while you learn fundamental principles of movement and breathing that will influence how you move through the rest of your life. Each class finishes with a long guided relaxation that will melt away stress and leave you deeply relaxed and restored.

Deep Stretch

This class begins with large muscle warmings through a slow vinyasa flow, and then moves into deep stretches to build flexibility and relaxation. Muscles are actively engaged during stretching, which is different from the passive release experienced through Yin Yoga.

Yin Yoga (Basic/Mixed)

Yin yoga is a wonderful complement to the more active physical practices that focus on muscles (yang tissues) and physical alignment. Yin yoga focuses on the soft tissues, joints and deep fascial networks in our bodies. Both are important and if you are more of a “stable-bodied” (tight) person, yin can help you become more flexible in your joints. Class moves at a slower, more relaxed pace and poses are held from 1-5 minutes. Perfect for all levels of students.
